For over three decades, we have been serving authentic Japanese cuisine; our menu is based on simple Japanese food where taste and quality are the focus.  Founded by Yoshiko San, a local Japanese business woman, now owned by Hidemi San. We have a loyal and dedicated staff including our sushi chef, Ito san who has worked with us since day zero.   Our sushi is simple and fresh, with meticulous preparation of the sushi components.  Our sauces including tempura, salad dressing, and even Teriyaki are all made in house.
